Winds of Time (WoT) Foundation is hosting a weekend of family fun at the WoT Renaissance Faire! Come out to beautiful River Hills Retreat for a weekend medieval festival. With wonderful vendors, food, and entertainment, there will surely be something for everyone! Hope to see you at our three day Faire.

What to expec to see at a Renaissance Faire? 

Our Ren Faire will have many historical, artistic, and innovative Vendors. Three excellent fighter groups, with varying levels of armored combat, and dangerous weaponry. Many demonstrations of historical crafts from blacksmithing, to yarn spinning, and even hand engraving. Entertainment at the stage with an amazing performance with fire, acrobatics, and juggling; also an Honestly Dishonest Magician. Food Vendors with some of the best faire food.

This is a Family Friendly Faire please keep that in mind planning your visit and during your fun at the faire. 

Dress 

While we do not require attendees to dress up, we do encourage it.

Sample of what could be worn without spending alot of money could be as follows;

Simple medieval garb for men would be a button down shirt and stretchy single colored pants. 

For women it can be more widespread but again a simple period outfit would be a single colored skirt, single colored simple shirt and if you want to go all out there a corset would be perfect.

Of course we would love to see all the wonderful medieval outfits you might have!!

Trinkets

Trinket Trading is a fun activity that some people wish to participate in the Renaissance world. What you do is trade one item for another. This is not an activity Winds of Time wishes to condemn or condone. We do ask that if you intend to trinket trade to be mindful of the businesses that are trying to make a living.

Pets

Animals are allowed However, you must clean up after your pet. Your pet must be well behaved and you will be asked to leave if you or your pet is causing trouble.

Cost

Kids 5 and under are free! Kids ages 6-10 tickets are ALWAYS $5 a day.  

One day Pre-sale tickets $10, gate price $1

Weekend passes are available until May 15th.

3 day kids ages 6-10 pass are $15

Alcohol

Our venue is alcohol free, and NO alcohol may be brought on or consumed on the premises.

Smoking

Please be courteous of others and do not smoke close to others. We will have a designated smoking area please check the Faire map for the location.

Restrooms

Faire toilets will be available in the faire grounds at two separate locations across the faire.

Will there be another year? Will you have multiple Fairies this year?

We are currently planning another year, after a successful first year. We will not have another Faire this year.

Camping for Spectators

We do not allow camping for Spectator at the Faire
